Our Business Policies and Story

PSI focuses on integrating different economic models so that they are compatible in modern business environments. The future is mostly focused on work as a way to obtain basic necessities and additional money for work/life balance. This has resulted in traditional employers offering compensation models like unlimited time off, PTO only, cash out on benefits meaning the cost of benefits are paid as wages, and housing and transportation included as part of workplace programs. Businesses rarely have plans of growing past 20 to 30 employees, in todays environment that can resemble a monolithic enterprise from the 1900s and distributed teams of 5 to 15 workers or management groups of 1 to 5 people are more representative of actual work conditions in developed nations.

Our policies are based on non-discriminatory pricing, clearly defined quotes, scope of services, and pricing that doesn't change in the middle of a project. We also provide one off services for people who have most of the pieces to updating their business available but need a few short term services or updated components for their existing technology and workplace processes.

Business agreements are based on standards and professional guidelines which often has a voluntary compliance component in avoiding, fines, penalties, lawsuits, and upsetting signors or participants in an agreement.

In implementing these policies within our services, quotes, and agreements, privacy, quality work, and additional availability are work expressions that we want associated with our name PSI South Dakota or Professional Services Integrations. Business environments are changing at what may seem like a rapid pace but it is mostly veering towards long term goals in hiring workers using agreements that would traditionally be viewed as B2B for distributed teams, or 1099 for independent workers. However, many of the terminologies in traditional business sound like a foreign language to modern workers who will present a business name and scope of services to complete work requirement. They usually have their own tools and know the requirements for specific industries even if they are not familiar with how a specific business modeled their business within those requirements.

We are no different in providing quality work, based on requirements and including verifications of completeness with the final payment on an invoice, project, or scope of services. Our business looks forward to being a quality servicer for both customers and clients wanting to establish agreements with us.
